Что необходимо сделать в Японии перед отправкой транспортного средства на ваш рынок. Указаны только правила страны происхождения — таможенные пошлины и проверки в пункте назначения обрабатываются отдельно.
Разрешены как RHD, так и LHD.
No manufacture-age cap — any year is exportable.
Must meet Euro 5 or higher. ERA-GLONASS emergency system is fitted/registered at destination.
- RHD and LHD both accepted — no steering restriction on the unit.
- Customs value is scrutinised; very high-value units draw heavier Utilsbor recycling fees.
No mandatory roadworthiness inspection in Japan, but radiation screening at the loading port is standard for the Vladivostok route.
- Export Certificate / De-registration (輸出抹消登録証明書) — proves the vehicle is cancelled from Japan's registry for export.
- Commercial (purchase) invoice stating the agreed vehicle value.
- Bill of Lading (B/L) issued by the shipping line once the unit is loaded.
- Japan Customs export declaration (E/D), cleared before the vessel departs.
- Radiation inspection certificate for the vehicle (issued at the Japanese export port).
- Notarised Russian translation of the Export Certificate.
2026: ship direct to Vladivostok — routing through EAEU third countries (e.g. Kyrgyzstan) triggers retroactive Utilsbor recalculation at destination. RHD is freely accepted. Radiation screening is performed at the port before loading.
