Commercial Terms

Sales Price
Displayed on each product / vehicle / page. For domestic transactions within Japan, a 10% consumption tax will be added to the displayed price. For export sales, consumption tax is not charged unless otherwise required by law.
Additional Charges
Bank transfer fees. Export-related charges in Japan. Import duties, taxes, and clearance charges in the country of destination. Shipping and delivery costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Timing
Advance payment in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. Deposit required for account activation, and the amount varies depending on the product type and the service provided.

Delivery & Transfer of Products

Vehicles: ownership transfer and export processing commence after full payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise agreed with the customer in writing. Parts: after dismantling, packaging, and confirmation of payment. Domestic (Japan): Products are handed over at our yard. No delivery service is provided. Export (International): Delivery schedule is notified individually after payment and completion of required procedures.

Return & Cancellation Policy

All products are sold on an "as is" basis, without warranty or guarantee. Returns and cancellations are not accepted after the purchase, except where required by law or as expressly provided in the applicable contract. In the case of undelivered Products due to our fault, we will cover costs.

Dormant Accounts

If no transaction is made for more than 4 years, deposits will be placed into dormant status. Funds are refundable upon written request, provided that no outstanding debts remain.
