Used Auto Parts Export Contract

Welcome to A.A.N. Japan Co., Ltd. (“AAN Japan”). These Terms and Conditions apply to all exports of used auto parts made by customers outside Japan. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AAN Japan supplies dismantled and recycled auto parts via Auction Agent Method (purchasing and dismantling on request) or Stock Method (direct purchase from our yards). All Products are sold “as is”.

To activate your account for parts sourcing, a deposit of JPY 1,500,000 is required. This functions as a prepayment balance and is refundable upon written request if no debts are outstanding.

Auction prices include fees, dismantling, and export charges. Stock prices are fixed at order. Payments in USD are converted at MUFG TTB rate. Full payment is required before shipping.

Shipments follow Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CFR, or CIF). Risk passes at the point defined by the selected term. AAN Japan is not responsible for port delays or customs clearance.

Reservations lock the price. Damage before shipment allows for replacement or discount. Backorders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

We provide half-cut, nose-cut, and engine dismantling. We do not export windshields, batteries, airbags, or catalysts from stock. Container capacity: ~8-10 cars (20ft) or ~15-20 cars (40ft HC).

We provide B/L, Invoice, Packing List, and ISF data for USA. Original documents are sent via courier only after full payment is confirmed.

Customer is responsible for all preparation costs (jump-starts, tire replacement), logistics (demurrage, storage), and compliance (PEI inspections, radiation checks).

Shipping ETAs are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier schedule changes or consequential losses.

Claims for shortage or damage must be filed within 7 days of delivery with photos. Engine claims require a clear photo of the engine number.

Claims and returns are handled only through your account. Once shipped, all sales are final except for accepted claims.

Products are used and may show signs of age, wear, or corrosion. We do not provide repair services.

Products are sold without warranty. No warranty applies to racing, misuse, or modified engines. Liability never exceeds the purchase price.

Liability is limited to the price paid, except in cases of gross negligence. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

If we cannot fulfill an order after acceptance, we may cancel and refund. We reserve the right to resell products if payment is overdue.

Complaints must be submitted via the Claims section of your account before posting feedback on any public platforms.

You must comply with all sanctions, customs, and safety laws. These Terms are subject to our general Compliance and Privacy policies.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be adjudicated in the courts of Japan under Japanese law.

The express wish of the parties is that these Terms be drawn in English. The English version prevails over any translations.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version in your account. Continued purchasing constitutes acceptance.

This document is a Public Offer. Order placement constitutes binding acceptance. Signed copies can be provided for banks/customs upon request.
