Used Auto Parts Sales Contract (Domestic)

Welcome to A.A.N. Japan Co., Ltd. (“AAN Japan”). These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of used auto parts made by customers within Japan. By placing an order or purchasing Products from AAN Japan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AAN Japan provides dismantled and recycled auto parts from vehicles in Japan. All Products are sold “as is”, unless otherwise noted.

Prices are in Japanese yen (JPY) and do not include the 10% Japanese consumption tax, which will be added at checkout. Payment is made at pickup by the method selected in your account (bank transfer or cash). Confirmed orders are not affected by price changes.

You may reserve Products before vehicle arrival or dismantling completion. Reservation guarantees the price until pickup. Real sale occurs only upon pickup. Reservations can be cancelled before dismantling without penalty.

We do not provide delivery services within Japan. You must pick up Products yourself from the designated AAN Japan yard. Title and risk of loss pass to you at the time of pickup.

Please inspect Products at pickup before payment. Once collected, the sale is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Wear, scratches, or age-related deterioration typical of used parts are not considered defects.

Unless explicitly stated, Products are sold without warranty. Where a warranty is offered, details will be shown on the invoice or product page.

Products must be used in compliance with Japanese laws. Products may not be used for unlawful purposes, resale in violation of regulations, or export without meeting export control laws.

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the Product, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

Complaints must be submitted through the designated Claims section in your account before posting negative feedback on any platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued purchases after such updates mean you agree to the new Terms.

Any dispute or claim will be adjudicated exclusively in the courts of Japan under the laws of Japan.

The parties wish for this Agreement to be drawn in English. In case of inconsistency with translations, the English version shall prevail.
