Sanctions and Export Control

AAN Japan Co., Ltd recognizes that sanctions and export control laws are essential to international security. Compliance is an obligation of all employees, officers, customers, and partners. By using our Services, you warrant that you are not a restricted party and agree to comply with all applicable export control laws.

AAN Japan complies with: • Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA, Japan); • Export Trade Control Order (ETCO) and Foreign Exchange Order (FEO); • United Nations Security Council sanctions; • US (OFAC, BIS), EU, UK, and other applicable regimes.

We prohibit any transactions that violate sanctions, including: • Deals involving countries, regions, or entities subject to trade restrictions; • Transfer of goods for prohibited end-uses; • Any attempt to conceal or misrepresent the end-user or destination.

AAN Japan maintains a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You are required to provide accurate information about your identity and business activities. If a red-flag indicator is identified, we may suspend transactions or terminate account access at our sole discretion.

• Recordkeeping: We maintain export documentation for at least seven (7) years. We may request your transaction records at any time. • Training: Our employees undergo mandatory training to ensure full compliance with international export regimes.

Violations may result in termination of business relationships, closure of accounts, and potential civil or criminal liability. AAN Japan reserves the right to notify government authorities where required.

If you suspect a violation, you must notify us immediately through our compliance channels. We cooperate fully with regulatory and enforcement authorities, providing transaction data as required by law.

AAN Japan reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of our Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
